They are made of polymer clays and are about 4" long, They dangle ! Lots of folks hang them from their rear view mirrors, fan pulls,or Christmas trees.

I've been making versions of these little goodies for many years. I still enjoy seeing how they turn out. No two are ever alike. Dancers love their poses.
